Dr. Terrence Wadley, MD
Medical Director - Houston
Dr. Terrence Wadley is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with over 20 years of clinical experience in the Greater Houston area. He currently serves as a Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine at UTMB Health, blending frontline care with academic leadership.
A Chicago native, Dr. Wadley graduated magna cum laude from Morehouse College with a B.S. in Biology, earned his M.D. from Case Western Reserve University, and completed his emergency medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.
He has served in key roles at hospitals such as UTMB Clear Lake, Houston Methodist, and North Cypress Medical Center, with expertise in trauma, cardiac emergencies, and complex medical crises.
Recognized for excellence, he has received honors including Physician of the Year from the Greater Houston EMS Council and multiple institutional awards. Dr. Wadley holds active medical licenses in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona, and maintains certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and PALS. He is a member of ACEP and the American Academy of Emergency Physicians, dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality emergency care and mentoring future clinicians.

Dr. Albert Arthur, MD
Medical Director - Austin
Dr. Arthur is a board-certified family physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based care to patients of all ages. With a diverse medical background that spans clinical leadership, hospital medicine, and direct primary care, Dr. Arthur brings a holistic and patient-centered approach to every encounter.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Edinboro University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University, Dr. Arthur began his healthcare career as a registered nurse, gaining valuable frontline experience in intensive care and surgical recovery. He later pursued his
Doctor of Medicine at Ross University School of Medicine and completed his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he was recognized for achieving the highest in-training exam score
among his peers.
Dr. Arthur is the Founder and CEO of Arthur Direct Care Clinics in Round Rock, Texas and Hutto, Texas, where he practices full-spectrum family medicine with a focus on access, affordability, and personal connection. He also serves as Medical Director at Jason Martin Post Acute Care Clinics and works as a hospitalist with Seton Medical Center
and Sound Physicians.
Dr. Arthur is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and holds active certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). He is a longstanding member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, reflecting his dedication to professional excellence and ongoing clinical education. Throughout his
academic journey, Dr. Arthur was recognized for outstanding academic performance, earning Dean’s List honors at both Thomas Jefferson University and Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. These achievements underscore his lifelong commitment to learning and delivering the highest quality of care to his patients.
Throughout his career, Dr. Arthur has maintained a strong commitment to professional growth and collaboration. His clinical interests include chronic disease management, preventative care, metabolic health, and improving continuity of care across outpatient and inpatient settings.

Dr. Brent Wood, DPM, PPLC
Assoicate Director - Austin
Dr. Wood is an experienced foot and ankle surgeon. He has practiced in the Austin area since 2012 with staff affiliation at St. David’s Hospital System.
He has managed his clinic and maintained a diverse clinical and surgical practice. Prior to moving to Austin, he worked in the Houston area where he took trauma call and enjoyed a robust surgical practice. He worked in Seattle, WA and Detroit, MI to complete his postgraduate residency training.
He went to medical school in Iowa at Des Moines University, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah.
Dr Wood is from the Salt Lake City area. He still enjoys returning to ski and loves to enjoy the outdoors. He is fluent in Spanish due to years spent in central America providing service. He married a native austinite and they love central Texas as a wonderful place to live and raise their two children.
Dr. Wood has extensive experience in treating heel pain, nerve pain, neuropathy, flatfeet, fractures, sports medicine injuries, diabetic care, wound care and limb salvage, ingrown toenails, warts, fungus, infections, and joint pain.
Dr. Wood’s focus is providing individualized care for his patients. He has special interest and training in deformity correction, arthroscopic surgery, minimally invasive surgery and the use of regenerative medicine in the treatment of both chronic conditions and acute injuries.
